At Remind Insoles, we want to ensure your feet are fully supported and comfortable; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase. We offer a straightforward process for returns and size exchanges to help you find the perfect fit for your athletic performance.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your insoles in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
